Objective: To determine a broad definition of the term interpersonal skills in nursing. Materials and methods: This theoretical study follows Walker Avant’s method concept analysis to examine defining attributes concept. A literature search on aspects nursing was conducted databases, e-books, institutional repositories recognize uses, attributes, antecedents, consequences, empirical referents Experts professional relationship were consulted between 2009 2019. Results: information analyzed, concluding that are defined as abilities nurses express their knowledge, abilities, attitudes, values relationships with colleages, patients, relatives achieve humane person- centered practice.
